National Grandparent’s Day set the tone for a touching event called Honor thy Elders
at the LoHi Community Plaza, nestled between Little Man Ice Cream and the Linger building. On September 7, an enviable dais of community members gathered to reminisce about Northwest Denver in the early days over a beautiful, free brunch decorated by Lulu’s Furniture & Décor and served by some of LoHi’s finest restaurants including Lola’s, Jezebel’s, Metro Bistro & Bar, Lou’s Food Bar, Gaetano’s, Tamales by La Casita, Highland Tap & Burger, Tony P’s Pizza, and Little Man.
Guests ranged from neighborhood old-timers to out-of-town curiosity seekers…
